Interprovincial Board of Communication Office Staff
Deanna Hollenbach, Executive Director/Editor of The Moravian Magazine
Deanna has served as Director of the Interprovincial Board of Communication since June of 2001. With a background in non-profit public relations and fund development, she is responsible for the direction and management of the communication office, including official publications and media of the Moravian Church, Northern and Southern Provinces. She serves as editor of the denominational magazine that is published 10 times a year called The Moravian and oversees the yearly publication of The Moravian Daily Texts in English. She also edits all new publications produced by the office and manages the www.moravian.org website. In addition, she travels to various locations throughout the United States and Canada capturing the life and ministry of the Moravian Church with her camera.
Siobhan Young, Communication/Advertising Assistant
Siobhan (at left on photo) serves as Communication/Advertising Assistant for the IBOC. With the IBOC since 2006, Siobhan maintains all advertising for The Moravian Magazine and handles all customer relations with regard to advertising and mailing information for the magazine. She also maintains the press release service for both provinces announcing ordinations, consecrations, and installations of Moravian clergy. She edits and coordinates the preliminary stages of The Moravian Daily Texts and assists the director in publishing and editing other resources provided by the Interprovincial Board of Communication.
Deb Swanson, Customer Relations Assistant
Deb (at right on photo) serves as Customer Relations Assistant for the IBOC. Also with the IBOC since 2006, Deb works directly with all customers to answer questions and take orders for the resources of the IBOC. She manages paid magazine subscriptions and all Moravian Daily Texts orders. She handles online ordering and assists customers in answering questions and pointing them in the right direction to get their answers.
